Your Agreement With Us
By using wwstudios.org or members.wwstudios.org (“Services”), you agree to these terms and the terms set forth in our Privacy Policy with WW Studios (“we,” “us”), an independent creative studio producing original animations, music, and stories. This is a private agreement between you and WW Studios. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.
Service Terms
- Use: The Services are for responsible users of all ages under parental guidance if needed. Don’t misuse them (e.g., no illegal acts, hacking, or harassment). We may suspend violators.
- Membership: Elite Membership offers wholesome behind-the-scenes content. Pay via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically—cancel anytime in your account. Refunds only if we gravely err.
- Content: Our creative works (e.g., animations, music, stories, videos) are ours—don’t copy without permission. Your comments are welcome; you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, or remove them. Keep comments kind, legal, and family-friendly.
- Liability: We’re not liable for damages from using the Services, as law allows. Use at your own risk.
- Copyright: See infringement? Email hi@wwstudios.org. We’ll address it per DMCA.
- Changes: We may update these terms—check back. Continued use means you agree.
- Disputes: Got an issue? Contact us at hi@wwstudios.org or (815) 357-7470 first. We’ll work to resolve it within 90 days. If unresolved, disputes go to Illinois courts under Illinois law.
